USES: In food industry,it is used as buffer, chelate agent,stabilizer, antioxidants , emulsifier, flavor regulator. Used in dairy products,jellies,jam,meat, tinned pastry.Used as emulsifie in cheese and used in citrus freshening. In pharmaceutical, it is used for curing hypokalemia, potassium depletion and alkalization of urine.
Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer.The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a cool, ventilative and dry warehouse,kept away from moisture and hot,furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous. Avoid damage to the bags. Its expiry date is eighteen month.
